"Big cities" (Population over 500,000 people)

1. Seattle, Washington /New York City, New York/San Francisco, California tied
2. Chicago, Illinois
3. Boston , Massachusetts

5. Portland, Oregon
6. Denver, Colorado
7. Los Angeles, California /San Diego, California tied
8. Minneapolis, Minnesota
9. Austin, Texas/Dalles, Texas/Houston,Texas tied

Not as Big Cities/ Smaller cities and cities (Population below 500,000)
that
-I dont know which ones to mention but there are cool cities/towns with a smaller population! I just dont know which ones to put here out of them all.

Top 10 cool nature places

1. North Cascades National Park, Washington state
2. Olympic National Park/ Mount Rainier National park tied Washington state
3. Certain nature places in Alaska and Hawaii(Sorry I cant be specific here. Alaska doesnt really have any cities that are that great. Hawaii has Honolulu.)
4. Yosemite National Park, California/ Big Sur tied
5. Yellowstone National Park Montana (All the "cities" there arent that great there though unlike Washington state, Colorado, and California )
6. Glacier National Park Montana (All the "cities" arent that great there though unlike Washington state, Colorado, and California with maybe the exception of Missoula)
7. Grand Canyon National Park Arizona (All of the "cities" arent that great there though unlike Washington state, Colorado, and California with maybe the exception of Flagstaff and Sedona)
8-10: I dont know which ones to put here. Too many competing for these spots

Billiams post made me laugh! You really do make it sound like youre talking about Washington state. I dont know why people call Washington District of Columbia(DC) "Washington". Its like they forget there is a state called Washington. And also, the post made me laugh to actually think there are people that exist that think Baltimore, Maryland is better in any way than the District of Columbia as well as Washington.

What, They are DCers? There is no other term to call them. I said "Baltimore superior to Washington" Because its called the Baltimore Washington Metro. It only sounded right. In every other post i call it DC. So what, if you call it DC you are cool and if you call it Washington your dumb? How pathetic.

Also, sorry, i know many people who think Baltimore is better than WASHINGTON. Its not funny at all to think the larger city with nicer people and more character, charm, and beauty would be more liked.

hey look! im going to be a three year old: Your post makes me laugh!

Baltimore has its charms and character, and I'm not offended that some would prefer B-more over DC. But personally, for me it's not even close: DC beats Baltimore by a pretty considerable margin in my book in just about every way.

And that is great. Its good to know you are not a sterotypical Washingtonion who is offended in such a situation. I have no problem what so ever with people liking DC more than Baltimore. Its a beautiful city with a ton to offer. But there is simply no reason to be so overtly rude about it as so many posters, and mainly DC posters, are.

But for me personally, Baltimore beats DC in all aspects. That's just how it is, and there's nothing to laugh at about it.
