I don't want to be bias, but I don't see how Miami isn't owning the southern category. I mean yeah, a lot of people have picked Miami, but for people who don't I wanna know why? True, there are some people that are "fashionly-challenged" but what city doesn't have those people? Miami is the fashion capital of the south. The only city in the south most fashion designers go to is Miami.

Oh and this might be a little off topic, but Mercedes Benz has a newly-designed car called Ocean Drive.

This thread isn't about what city has the most fashion designer or designers in general its about where are the majority of people dressed the best. Thats why I said military academies first. If not including military academies than I think more people dress well in Palm Beach County than in Dade County. Dade County is average citizens. I chose all the wealthiest places around the country for mine.

Although I still think Military Academies and bases win this hands down. Who doesn't like a man or woman in a clean pressed uniform?

I think most people are choosing Dallas, NYC, and Chicago because of financial district and men in suits but those are very small segments of those cities.

I can't speak for Dallas or Chicago, however people in business attire during the week are not small segments of the population, rather they are the majority.

You have any source for that? I would imagine between any cities' youth (kids and college kids), service industry, and retail more people are dressed casually than in suits on any given day in any city. NY might be closer to 50/50 but I highly doubt its over the line, not when you have entire parts of NYC like Chinatown that won't have any suits in it.

Good list, but Detroit really needs to be #2 for the Midwest.

Best Dressed Cities In Each Region?

Now your talkin' 'bout fashion shows and model agencies, when half the time they don't even dress up in the cities proper, only durin' the shows and doin' picture shoots. Go by the average citizen u see out in the streets, and Miami is goon central. Trick Daddy is prime example.
Yeah, the average citizen in Carol City, Opa-Locka, Liberty City, and Overtown maybe these sections. BUT that's it though. Is Coral Gables, Wynwood, Brickell, Coconut Grove(maybe part of it is goon central) Goon central? This same rule applys to EVERY city. Even New York City. You're not gonna find a world class model wearing Christian Dior walking down the street in Brownsville Brooklyn in front of the projects, or a world class model wearing Prada walking through Bankhead Courts or in the S.W.A.T.S. in Atlanta would you?

Heck walking the streets of Houston, NYC, Dallas, ATL, you wouldn't think the same about those cities either. So what's your point?

Good point polo, this guy in Brooklyn is trying to enforce a "no sagging pants" law. He's sick of seeing the kids walk around with their boxers all out lol.
