I entirely respect your opinion and counter point of view, it creates a good conversation on here, but at this point it is now coming across as some form of self hatred you have toward the Dallas area for some reason. There is a lot of negativity being posted on here about Dallas. It seems as if this thread were "Highland Park Village vs Walmart Shopping Center in Tulsa" you'd vote for Walmart in Tulsa.

Never, why would I vote "Wal Mart" over anything
? I think its funny that you're coming at me that way, its no secret Bal Harbour is amazing, and I'm sorry if you feel otherwise but its my opinion.

I voted for Highland Park simply because I like the historical character and town square feel with the movie theater and other amenities mixed in with high end stores. Its a unique shopping experience. Bal Harbor is very stuffy high end blah to me.
