in brooklyn , new york id say pitkin ave that runs through brownsville , and east new york is pretty bad. even the train stations in pitkin ave are depressing.
I would say the largest or most well known bad streets are St. Clair, Superior, Wade Park, E79th, E93rd, E105th, Kinsman, and Harvard. Really the entire Eastside area is known as bad, from the numbered streets 30th/55th (depending on how far N or S) all the way out to 152nd to 185th.
In the smaller cities outside of Cleveland, Elyria and Lorain. For Elyria it's Middle/West ave and any numbered streets from 6th-18th, also Fuller rd. For Lorain it's Reid, Long, Washington, and Elyria ave. Also Globe, Pearl, 28th-31st, Really any numbered street from 8th-31st on the westside then 28th-36th in South Lorain.
Atlanta:
Simpson Rd
JP Brawley Blvd
Boulevard/Parkway
Bankhead (even though since all the projects were torn down its no where what is used to be, the name still is notorious)
MLK- lol...what city is MLK not notorious...lol
And to a lesser extent- Candler Rd, Campbellton Rd and Godby Road
