Also I don't think Shaq has been a big help at all to Cleveland. But you know what they say, everywhere Shaq goes, the championship is soon to follow.
ALLEGEDLY, he has been heavily hinting about leaving the area.

I can't get the article from NYTimes due to their new business model switch today, but basically he said something along the lines of "I play to win" and "we'll just have to see what happens. I loved my time with Cleveland, but will keep other options open, ect..." blah blah blah.

And I was being sarcastic, but on a serious note it'd be a HUGE blow to our region to loose our biggest celebrity (unless you include Drew Carey). People in NE Ohio utterly idolize Lebron. Old ladies send him cookies and cards. Boys dress up like him for Halloween. Girls have huge crushes on him. Posters of him are plastered all over buildings. He's a frequent small talk subject- "So, did you see Lebron last night?" is the new "So, strange weather we're having".

Right after I responded to your post, I went to check my email, and went to Yahoo's home page and it was on the front page news;

LeBron's heart, game belong in Ohio - NBA - Yahoo! Sports

I see what you mean... and I can also see why Clevelanders would be disappointed in him if he just gets up and leaves.

I sure do hope so. He's a great guy, but I'd loose almost all respect for him if he walks.

I'd say Buffalo has it just as bad, if not worse than Cleveland. Losing four super bowls in a row and not making it back since- yea that sucks.

Currently, it's Seattle. The Mariners have been lousy in recent years; the Seahawks have fallen off a cliff, and the Sonics left town. Here's my list:

1. Seattle
2. Buffalo
3. Cleveland
4. San Diego
5. Atlanta
6. Kansas City
7. Cincinnati
8. Minneapolis
9. Houston
10. Nashville

Las Vegas still tops my list, I feel bad for them not having a team to begin with, their gambling scene was a gift and a curse (as far as professional sports go).

Well, I know it was raining because I saw highlights from it on SportsCenter.
