Which of these cities has the best bicycle infrastructure, and is most bicycle friendly? In other words, which is easiest to get around by bicycle?

The only Bicycle friendly city in Texas is Austin.

Otherwise when I think of biking these big cities come to mind;

- Seattle
- Portland
- San Francisco
- Boston

I don't know, Ive noticed a huge difference depending on the city.

Some have huge, separate bike lanes, some feel much safer to ride than others, some cities are just better geared towards bicycling because of their density and layout, etc.

I wouldn't really think SF since it has some of the most massive hills of any city.

No, but only a few cities actually have Bicycle lanes. Shows Bicycle friendliness, instead of people having to ride their bike in the same lane as a guy driving his car. That makes a huge difference to the quality of Bicycle friendliness.
