Well then you'd better seek justice by law. We are not judges here and I wouldn't take your word seriously on a forum.

We'll have California (solar leader) vs Texas (wind leader) about green jobs.
The solar leader is actually a hotbed for the creation of solar technologies as well as advocacy. Is Texas a technological and manufacturing leader for wind or solely a leader in installed capacity and/or potential?

Added note: most of the leaders in wind power that are working in the US are from abroad, but the few competitive domestic wind power companies seem to be spread out all over the US (including California) and not at all centralized in Texas. Additionally, the DOE's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy has a good list of national labs that are getting funding to do this sort of work. Far more are in California than in Texas (or in any single).

Lastly, this topic has nothing to do with Texas and little to do with California as a whole. We should all be shot and our corpses brutally mutilated.

My answer's Philadelphia because I like Center City a lot, and SD doesn't seem to have anything approaching that scale of "city-ness".

I can't believe people are still humoring this "comparison".

What's wrong with it, this really is a good comparison.

Philadelphia easily. San Diego is too drowsy considering the exciting, hip, trendy Alpha global city next door.

I think it’s a great comparison. This is about as much of a contrast as you’re going to get. I don’t know, I’m leaning toward Philadelphia at the moment but I sure wouldn’t want to deal with all that snow. With all things considered, I would have to go with Philadelphia.

It really is a great comparison, the lifestyle, the city scape, the activities, the weather, the people, the culture, everything is almost the opposite for these two cities.

I bear witness that the poll is 20/20 (tie) between the two. I never expected San Diego to come such a long way in the poll. Lol.
