??? Pointless. I am speaking of the downtowns... Californias are unique and huge. There is nothing in Florida that looks like Claifornia (Downtown Wise)

Closest two cities would be San Diego and Tampa Bay. California is big so im not sure of every major CBD in the state. I feel like each downtown in sunbelt cities are designed in their own way to beautify their respective CBD's. Can't say the same for any city in the northeast.

^ Buddy I was agreeing with you in terms of Urbanization California takes after us not the other way around.

Both Spanish Colonialism and New Urbanism (which are what those street views showed) started in Florida not the other way around.

Does Ft Lauderdale have any quaint, leafy neighborhoods like those shown in Orlando and Tampa? I visit Ft Lauderdale often and have seen Las Olas, downtown along the river, and the oceanfront, but haven't encountered any neighborhoods like that. If they exist, I'd love to explore them next time I'm in town!

I'm actually not sure if Fort Lauderdale has any quaint neighborhoods. South Florida is younger than the rest of Florida so a lot of what you see is newer.
