Total Championships:

Philadelphia (4 teams): 10
Boston (4 teams): 32
New York (9 teams): 50

Fun fact: the only two original NBA teams still in their home cities: New York Knicks & Boston Celtics

Just one clarification, you forgot the A's and Warriors

Philadelphia (6 teams): 17 (Soon to be #18 Flyers and this fall 19 Phillies)

I have heard Philly fans are the nastiest. When I went there they were rough but I think hands down Detroit has the nastiest fans.

hmm...seems far from "scarves and gloves" weather to me... and quite a diversified-non humid summer plethora all within decent distance from each other...

unlike that hot muggy nastiness that persists throught the midwest/east/south ...no microclimates must suck... must be BORING with taht same weather alllll summer lol
Why are you getting all bent out of shape, it was a joke. I know how it works in the Bay Area, meteorology is one of my interests. The East/South/Midwest is hot & muggy to you because you're probably on the side of SF that's cool & foggy lol. The East has microclimates too (not as much as the West though).

66 is low for a Summer average but I know SF gets a little warmer towards Aug/Sept.

Boston has 6 world championships in three different professional sports teams in the last eight years.

Now, if you said we were nasty because we were spoiled you would have something.

No way that's happening. Blackhawks tonight, if not, game 7!

^ OmShahi, did I say Blackhawks in 6 or did I say Blackhawks in 6?? Lol, I'm so glad the Stanley Cup was brought back to the city of Chicago. They deserve it, not those classless dirtbags in Philadelphia. Only city that boo's while the Commissioner is presenting the Stanley Cup to the Blackhawks = Philly, real classy.....
