House has a fenced front and back yard; literally 3 minutes to Parkland Hospital and the Medical Center District. Very near the Katie Trail, American Airlines Center, Scottish Rite Hospital, Children's Medical, and is on a Bus line that takes you directly to Parkland Hospital and the MCD if you choose to use public transportation.
