4 BR apt- 350.00 UT North, Charlotte, NC
I am wanting to move out ASAP, I found another apartment with my best friend, so I'd like to move in with her. This is a 4 bedroom apartment, in University Terrace North, all girls, and each bedroom has own bathroom/closet. My lease is for a year, but the landlord is very flexible, and the apartment is right across from UNCC. If you decide you want to move in now, I'll pay half the rent for this month. Utilities are included in that 350.00 a month. PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP if your interested, we'll exhchange digits, and you can come in and check the place out.
