FOR RENT IS:

A master bedroom & bath suite with walk in closets. It also has a huge living room, same level, with the views of the meadows, mountains & wildlife. It is hooked up for cable, i don't have, and we do have wireless internet.

Downstairs is about the same for me. There is a formal dinning room that you may use if you are having guests. The kitchen has all the modern amenities for great meals. Gas stove.

We share the eat in kit. with sliding doors going to the deck with nothing hindering the meadow, creek that runs by, wild life hills and mts. a great place to unwind after work or have a bbq.

We share the laundry room, guest 1/2 bath and double garage with door opener and overhead storage.

Not a party house at all but small gatherings are fun. I am a non smoker but smoking outside ok.

This is in a gated community, immaculate & modern. Huge park up the street. Small mall on the corner street.

$695.00 per mo.
$250 dept. before move in.

I am a mature female. A nature photographer. Oh, I have two small dogs which will not go upstairs unless invited so, sorry - no other pets. I do like it quiet in the evenings and will be quiet for you.

Please, if interested make sure this fits into your budget. Last person just loved the place but couldn't pay the rent.

We will share the expenses of gas, electric & internet. You may get cable if you like or we can share it.

Hoa, water & garbage is included in rent.

We can have pots for flowers and veggies in the back. Oh, there is a long walkway along the creek for jogging, walking or biking. Really nice.

You may use my kitchen supplies or bring your own and have separate drawers, cabinets etc.
