Bar/Tavern Wanted

A little bit about what I"m looking for....

Bar/Tavern with a reasonable amount of living space attached, preferably upstairs. The place does not have to be large as 1) My first start in a business venture, and 2) just the wife and I.

Location desired is Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, and possibly the South Eastern Region.

I'm looking to keep the initial cost below 100 thousand as I said new to running a business and not looking to loose my shirt right off the bat!

I'll welcome any suggestions, as I've scoured various business brokerages, and the internet but sometimes the best things are word of mouth. And due to current location, makes it a bit difficult to get out and see the various places in the US.
