Default Leaving Dayton on Orders- selling condo $28k
If anyone is looking for a condo, in Miami Township, I'm selling mine. I'll be leaving in November for San Angelo and from what I've seen Dayton looks like NY compared to the sand dunes in San Angelo!

Anyways, I found my condo on here, so I thought I'd post it on here as well. I made money on my BAH with this condo.

3bd
1.5 bath
1 wood burning fireplace
appliances stay
carport
storage unit

The bonus to this property (aside from the new carpet, tile and paint I did) is there is NO income tax for Miami Township. email me if interested, it's close to Dayton Mall and close to I75/I675
