Need Roommate Situation for 2

I'm relocating to the Cleveland area and I'm in need of a roommate situation for my adult child and me. We're both college graduates, quiet, private, no pets, and do NOT party and would prefer non-party types. I'm currently a grad student and self-employed. Our activities include: reading, computers, writing, dining, library, plays, concerts, and other fun and mentally stimulating activities.

Our roommate preferences are as follows:

^ a large, newer and very clean house, townhouse, or condo
^ private bedroom w/ private bath (preferably a large master suite)
^ no pets and prefer no kids
^ no smoking or drinking is preferred, but I'm flexible
^ male preferred, but open to females
^ although we're straight, you could be straight or gay
^ willing to *barter a portion of rent if money is not a serious issue
^ rent between $350-$650 with utilities included

* barter could include housesitting, light housekeeping, cooking, writing, editing or desktop publishing services, or massage (I'm a C.M.T.)

We prefer the northeast or southeast areas. We're not interested in Cleveland proper.
