Yes, it does have a basement, but a bit broken up. The attic is just insulated. It is listed under 1st Choice realtors in Wheeling WV. Not sure right now of the MLS # but will get it and send it to you. It is really a nice, comfortable house. Just put in a new laminate floor in the kitchen and new carpet in 1 bath and 2 bedrooms. Nice neighborhood, quiet and clean. Again, will get back to you with E-mail address of realtor and MLS #. WV Gram
