If anyone is interested I'm selling my 2 bedroom condo in Derry because I bought a new house in Deering. I just reduced it to a ridiculous price of $107,000. It has 2 bedrooms-is a rear corner unit-w/w berber carpets-new a/c,disposal,kitchen faucet with hose. It also has nice golf course views and there are no neighbors in the back-just a wide open field/golf course (seasonal). My realtor doesn't expect it to be on the market long at all at this price. I just had it appraised at 130K too. I know some of the people I've talked to here are considering moving to NH. Here's a chance to get something nice real cheap until you decide what you want to do.
