My husband and I need to relocate so we are trying to find someone to take over the remaining 7-8 months on our lease that is up May 31.
$529/month plus utilities for 1/1 - 700 sq. ft. in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Far North Dallas, almost in Plano. Living room is really open at 18 x 16. The apartment is on the ground level with an approx. 10 x 6 backyard with storage. The grounds are really nice, with lots of big trees, a tennis court, gym, basketball court, clubhouse, three swimming pools and a car wash.
Our unit is really close to the office and mail center, which is always nice. There is a park next door with a jogging trail, as well as a creek that runs behind the property that has various nature trails that are great for biking, hiking, or walking.
The address is 4909 Haverwood Ln, and it is near Dallas North Tollway and George Bush Turnpike. We are minutes from several grocery stores, gas stations, fast food and expensive dining, theaters, and main roads. Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, Willowbend Mall, Valley View Mall, The Galleria, and Stonebriar Mall are all within 10-15 minutes. Great location for anything you would need.
