Hastings wedding help needed...

Greetings!

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but thought we'd give it a try.

We are getting married just north of Hastings on Sep 23 and are looking for a couple folks to help out. We are having a bakery/deli provide much of the food and were originally going to have family take care of setting it all up and resupplying everything; however, we now feel like that is over-extending our family a bit (since we want them to enjoy the wedding!).

What we basically need are a couple folks who would be willing to spare 2-3 hours of their time to help set up the buffet line once the food arrives, and then keep an eye on things to make sure the trays and bowls are filled, the coffee/hot water urns are stocked, and other items are resupplied as needed. No clean up would be needed, we would do that later. We were offering $60/person for 2 people.

I'd do it if we weren't going to be out of town. Try contacting St. Olaf College in Northfield or Carleton College also in Northfield and see if they have some students that would be willing to do that.
