I've a home located in Original Carrollwood just 15 minutes from Tampa that I'm considering renting out. 3br, 2 ba 2000sq ft. Large corner lot with plenty of room for kids to play. No pool but neighborhood has 200 acre private lake for fishing and boating, and also 2 parks for the kids. I have no idea what the homes in the area rent for and am looking for any interested parties. Would love 1 year lease. Anyone interested?
