Texarkana area, Need rental home/apt, have 2 trained Labs

My husband and I want to rent a home (would consider apt. or townhome) asap (approx.$700/mo.) in Texarkana area. He will be working in Fulton. We have 2 well-trained labs who are our "kids." We have excellent references from our last landlord in Conway, AR. We have an excellent credit rating. We need the home to have major appliances.

We would like a year lease with a transfer clause. Thanks for any leads.
