The roommates here are very friendly and neat and no wild parties unless planed with one another.Everything will be included in the apt:furniture,cable and internet, water, electricity, private room and bath, and full washer and dryer. amenities on the apt complex are:theater, pool with hot tub, volleyball net, gym and tanning bed. there is even a bowling ally next door. very close to shops and supermarket as well as the mall. 5-10min from USF!!! and 5min from the interstate.
