Ne columbia s.c. Horse property

I want to move to the mountains and need to sell my house. The problem is that the house is so unique. It is not a Mac Mansion I have a large home on 11.12 acres - it is the country but yet we are just 3 miles from NE Columbia S.C. a very desirable area of the city ..... but I am so hidden. We love the privacy and have just listed but I'm afraid that we are so hidden that it may take longer than we would like for it to sell. Have any of you out there been faced with this problem.... this would make an excellent horse property, mini farm and we already have a greenhouse registered for a hobby nursery. Any advertising advise would be appreciated!!! We are with a really nice realtor and he seems to be on the case but has said that he is willing to take any suggestions because the property is so different than anything he can find in the area!!!

Would co-listing it with unique homes, sothebys, etc, be an option? You could also auction it and set your reserve where u need
