House for rent, Point Pleasant Beach

We rent a house in Point Pleasant Beach.
It's three bedrooms, two bathrooms and about a city block from the beach.

Our house is nicely furnished. It has a more kitchen appliances than
you'll probably use. There is a washer and dryer and off-street parking
for up to four vehicles. You'll find lots of information, pictures

We have a September week booked and we can start a winter lease on
September 15. If it helps for school residency, we could make arrangements
for September 3 thru September 6.

In the off-season, we rent for $1,800 per month. This is a bit more than
you noted in your post, but it includes all utilities except phone (i.e., gas,
electric, water, HD cable and cable internet access (no wi-fi)).
So unlike many off-season rentals, you don't have to deal with
putting utilities in your name.

We cannot hold winter rates beyond mid May. Rentals for the last
half of May and June would be at the summer rate of $1,600 per week.

We do not allow pets.
