Just wanted to say that I used to be almost a neighbor, I sold a house 2 years ago in Emerald Lakes that I lived in for 16 years . . .had friends in Island Walk as well . . . good luck, it is a very nice community.

I agree IslandWalk community is very nice and the HOA is reasonable for all amenities you have. We wouldn't be moving out if we didn't plan to expand the family for a bigger home. Thanks for your kind words. We hope some lucks for us as well.
