It will be ready for move in November 1st. Its $1595/month. There are some incentives. A signed 1 yr lease will get $800 off the first months rent. A signed 2 year lease will get free Dec 2007 rent. The longer the lease, the more the incentives, basically. We're very flexible in working with people as well.
