Default Selling in Mineola
Our house is a legal two close to the LIRR in Mineola and it has been on the market since the first week of October. We have had open houses when no one has come. We have had some interest but no real solid offer. Can anyone offer any advice on how to move it along before the winter. We have a small baby and I am so sick of the cleaning and picking up and getting him out of the house every Sunday afternoon especially as the weather is turning.
