Is there anyone looking to buy a home in the desirable neighborhood of proctor terrace in north east Santa Rosa? My husband and I have lived in Santa Rosa (post college) for over 8 years and have loved every minute of it. If anyone has any questions that pertain to relocating to the area we can be of assistance. We are in our thirties with 2 small children one in elememtary school and one in pre-school. My husband is an enginner and has worked for a few high tech companies in Sonoma county. I am a stay at home mom.We are moving to North Carolina and our home is currently on the market.
