Looking for larger 3-4 bedroom in one of the gated communites close to NJ border. Fixer ok-cosmetic changes welcome as well as updating. Must have garage & basement. Price up to 250K Large home with large rooms min .50 acres. Detach garage ok, fire place great. 2 story Bi level, contemporary or rustic ok. Already prequalified looking to move around Jan. Currently live in Fl will be moving back north in Nov/Dec. Please e-mail pictures.
