Default Single parent (dad) with 11 yr. old and pet
just fresh off the boat from Costa Rica are in need of 2 bdrm apt. condo or house in the Southbay area of LA for at least 1 year while my daughter attends school. Budget is tight (I'm on permanent disability) and fixed so frugal is the word.
