Single, female, non-smoking, professional seeks to share house, townhouse, or other living accommodation with non-smoking, female professional(s) or family.

Also I am interested in non-apartment type rentals on my own if the rent is reasonal. Part of a house (with or without a separate entrance). Flexible lease.

Looking in the CENTRAL, NJ area. (Counties: Somerset, Morris, Union, Middlesex, Hunterdon)

Needs to be within a 35 minute commute of Union County, NJ

Looking to relocate in February or March, 2007

Length of rental time is estimated between 3 - 12 months ? Not exactly sure yet. Am not interested in locking myself into a signed, year long lease. Looking for a month to month or short term lease with option to renew.

Required:

1. Access to kitchen or accomodation has full kitchen: stove, refrigerator

2. Access to full bath

I do not own pets, but do like dogs and cats.

Would also be interested in situations if a family is seeking to rent a portion of their house.

Also willing to barter tutoring services for children or petting or house sitting services in exchange for lower rent.

Flexible regarding requirements for accommodations. I'm early to bed, early to rise to meet the teaching schedule.

I'm friendly, honest, respectful of others, pay my bills ON time and have excellent credit rating.

I don't engage in drugs, smoking or wild parties. I like my privacy but also enjoy social interaction.

Looking for reasonable rent. I know this is NJ but there has to be shared housing that is NOT exorbinant.

I do not work in the corporate world or ever have and must stay within a modest teacher's range.
