small doublewide in northwest WA

Older doublewide in Birch Bay/Blaine, close to Canadian border, easy commute to Bellingham, easy drive to winter Olympics in 2010 in Canada. Set up in park, does not have to be moved. Park allows pets, dogs up to 35 lbs. Will be available early April. Lots of upgrades, new roof, new airtight wood stove, new water heater, lots of minor things. Nice summer resort area, close to skiing, hiking, beach, etc. DM for more information.
