My husband and I currently live in Bottineau, North Dakota. We are possibly moving in the fall to a new home in Bottineau. We will be looking to sell our house. It is a very nice home. It is a smaller home, around 850 square feet. There is no basement, it has a large garage, a smaller backyard, and 2 apple trees. There is also a shed in the backyard. It is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom home. I do have pictures I could send if anyone is interested. Bottineau is a great community. The town has a little over 2000 people and Lake Metigoshe is only 20 minutes away. We just got a Walmart in our town. We also have a Pamida, various eating places, a movie theater, bowling alley and so on. I think we will be asking $38,000 for our house. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks!
