My job is transferring me to Houston so my wife and I need to sell our 3/2/2 ~1200 sq ft. starter home in Keller...QUICK!!!

We just installed new wood laminate floors last summer along with a new dishwasher and a new built-in microwave above the stove. The home was built in 1991 and is brick on all 4 sides on a quiet street in an established neighborhood. It has a wood burning fireplace and we built a courtyard off the side door going out to the backyard for grilling and relaxing.

This home would be ideal for a young couple like ourselves or for someone needing to downsize (our across the street neighbor and one of our nextdoor neighbors are both retired). Outside of mowing the yard, the house is virtually maintance free!

We are 25 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, 15 minutes from the Alliance Business Park, 15 minutes from shopping in Southlake, 20 minutes from DFW Int'l Airport, and 40 minutes from downtown Dallas.

I forgot to mention the previous owner was a cheap slob, so we replaced nearly every light fixture in the house and installed a programable thermostat.

We also recently replaced and upgraded all the ceiling fans in the house!

Our asking price will probably only be around $110,000-$115,000 because we need to sell quickly.
