Condo in Dunwoody, GA (Atlanta Perimeter area)
Hi,
I own a condo (2001 built) about 1 mile north of Perimeter Mall that I am selling (Dunwoody - 3 exits away from buckhead).
If you do not have an agent, price will be fairly negotiable since I am selling this without an agent as well (avoid commission).
I am planning to leave some appliances behind as well. Condo is 2 Bedrooms and 1 Huge Bath.
