I think I'll keep her Honeycrisp. She's a DOLL! She fits right in with another pup I bought a couple of months ago. They play together and love each other. It's a full house but I really needed to keep one of my line, anyway. Everything happens for a reason!

Just saw this now, Melindab68, am glad you're keeping her, I know they adjust to new situations but it has to be confusing for them to be uprooted. Am watching The Greatest American Dog show now and while there's no bichons on it, there's a couple of small white dogs and it reminded me of your girl ;-)

Bichon Frise
Ann, are you from NC? I may be interested in adopting your Bichon FRise, I already have two. Yes, they are difficult to potty train, but I don't work so it makes it easier since I'm home. Please reply to my email and let me know if she is still available and some more info about her.
Thank you

Hi, I am not Ann...I'm Melinda. I was the breeder of the female, Chelsea, and I bought her back for what Ann was asking for her. It took me only two and a half days to get her completely...and I do mean COMPLETELY...housebroken. I was vigilant with the crate training and she finally just "got it". I had intended on keeping her because she was such a LOVE!! Then an opportunity came up with a great family that had experienced a Bichon in the past that had not ever gone outside in her life. She had been paper trained. The family was willing to have her and another one together, which is always best, so that's what I did. I let her go with that family in SC. The family has nothing but praise for her and how smart she is. That is one adorable pup. She just needed a lot of time with her humans. I have one just like her that needs lots of my time and cannot stand me to ever be away. I've had great experiences with potty training but like you, I am home all the time and I use a crate. Thank you for the inquiry. She went to a great family!
Melinda

Bichon Frise
Hi Ann
I am interested in your Bichon Frise. I have two and would love to add another to our family. Yes Bichon's are difficult to potty train. Fortunately I am home so I do have the time. Can you tell me alittle about your Bichon? I live in Winston Salem, NC.
Thank you
Donna

The post started back in July, the dog has since been rehomed and is staying w/ the breeder who was happy to get her back. Maybe would check Petfinders or Craigslist for another who needs rehoming - ?

bischon wanted
My dad recently lost his bishon of many years. He is desperately looking for another Bishon and I am trying to help him find one. The rescue groups are taking too long and with the holidays even longer. Does anyone know of one that needs a great loving home. He has another dog who is also lonely.
Please email me sugozzi2000@bellsouth.net

Ann, Have you found a home for your baby? I just lost my 14 year old bichon and would consider yours.
