Rent in Paris - Close to Opera - available from 26th July to 14th august

Hi,

I live in a big appartment in rue de Maubeuge, in the middle of Paris.
(10 minutes walk to Opera, 15 minutes to Pigalle, 20 minutes to le Sacré Coeur, 25 minutes to Notre Dame)

As my roomates are living for the vacations, I rent their room.

- Kitchen all equiped
- Toilets
- 2 Bathrooms (1 for your use only)
- 1 bedroom (~12m², TV + Playstation 3)
- 1 huge diner room (~22 m², TV + HiFi + WiFi)

I live in my bedroom, never use & never go to the diner room that will be all yours.
I can cook for you some time (french cooking ^^)

Pictures are available just ask me.

I can use some of my time to show you around in Paris, explain how works the public transport etc.

It's available only a short time, from the 26th of July to the 14th of August.

Price : 350€/week 60€/day
(550 $/week 95$/day)
