I am looking to rent a room in my townhome off of Baseline and McClintock. It is very spacious and spread out so privacy is good. I have a dog so would need someone who loves dogs, is responsible and mature. I am 23 but i work full time and dont go out much. Its a quite household. Safe neighborhood also, great location. Prefer Female roomate but would consider a male if it would work. Must sign a 6 month lease to start and from there we can see how it works out. $650 a month includes utilities and if need be the room can be furnished for you.
