Our family of five is looking to rent a home with at least four plus bedrooms or a room that could be used as a bedroom. The home needs to be on acreage or a least in a private setting. Rustic, log or coventional homes are all considered. We love the settings of the homes. We also like older homes but need to be in very good condition. We need approximately 2000 sft or above. If the right setting and a smaller home or one with three bedrooms would be considered. Our price range is 1400.00 to 1850.00 per month. We have wonderful references and do not smoke. We do have two cats that are declawed and a very expenesive automatic cat pan cleaner and can ask our landlords if thier is ever an issue with the cats or any smell. We would aslo consider other areas, like Tyron area and Sylva area. Possibly Weaverville and that area. We are just wanted a small town feel, with great views. Any horse boarding facilities a plus. Would consider a smaller home if the setting was story book. Any fishing rivers a plus as well. Would consider paying more for the perfect place.
