I am a military retiree that had a nice house for 11 years. Due to a ARM they increased our house payment to almost double what we orginally paid. Unfortnetly we had to file for bankrupty and we lost the house. We
can not buy a house for two years and we have found a house in Las Vegas we would like to get. We need someone to buy this house for $430,000 then rent it to us for 2 years for $1900 a month (I can sign over my military retirement check to assure you that you would get paid). After 2 years of renting I would like to buy the house but I know due to the bankrupty, it will be hard to finance. I could then make payments of $2,000 a month for a house payment for 30 years - You would then double your investment. I hope someone can help this military retiree.
