Best Rental Website
I have a rental property in Monte Vista that needs to be rented.
What is the best website for people in san antonio who are looking for an apartment?
My duplex is across from Olmos Pharmacy.

The Express News. Every web site that I have tried has resulted in wierd or fictiious people. I get inquiries from England and Hong Kong, everywhere but SA.
Stick to the newspaper, it's expensive but they do run the ads on thier web site and the 10 day you pay for turns into 30 days on the web.

I have to agree with Shane. I've been looking for a while, and everything else seems to chase rabbits or are just leader ads to suck you into maybe considering something more expensive.
mysanantonio.com is where I look. Or realtor.com....but that's if it's a MLS rental.
How long have you had it on the market? In that area, the University plays a big part in rentals. I spoke to the manager at the Rosemont .....she said she has many openings toward the end of the semester.....and then fills up in the summer during summer school and pre fall classes.

Is the end of June/early July a good time to find rentals in the Monte Vista area? When would be the best times strategically to avoid competing with students?

Duplex
I have a duplex in monte vista its on the market since November. One unit is 1600 sqft 2bdr 2bth with a 3rd room that may be used for a 3rd bedroom. I want for this 1095 its in great shape.
I have the downstairs unit its also 2bdr 2bath 1400sqft. I want for this 950.
The downstairs tennant and is leaving March 1,st. The upstairs unit is empty.
You can call Becki or Bill at 210-479-1616 and they can tell you everything about the place.
The address is 128 e ridgewood ct across from olmos pharmacy. Cross streets are Hilderbrand & Mcculough.
