I have a custom ranch home for rent. It has three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, large livingroom, large dining room, decent size kitchen, washer/dryer hookup, 2 car garage, bonus sunroom on lots of private land (over 7 acres)

Rent is $1850. a month.

Schools are decent in the area here as both my children have done extremely well on the NY state testing.

House is less then two miles to Metro North train (harlem valley-wingdale)
