i'm trying to help my parent out. they live in East Waterford (17021) in Juniata county. its pretty remote...about 20 miles out side of Port Royal.

all of this sits up in a hill on 51 acres. about 20-25 acres is fenced with electric tape fence (white). it has a large hay field across the street and that part of the propery borders the juniata creek that is stocked yearly about a half a mile up with trout. behind the house and barn on the hill about 10-15 acres is wooded. I looked it up and I know the listing is in PA, but it would help if you list the state in your post.

It looks like a nice place, how far is it to Harrisburg. I have some friends that lived south of the Carlisle area. Very pretty countryside. We have our farm for sale to, hope you have better luck than us. Our place will have been on the market for 2 yrs in May. They say the market is starting to perk up, I just hope they are right. Wish you luck selling it.
