Anyone looking to buy a home in WI?
Hi there,
We live in Stevens Point, WI and are getting ready to relocate for my husband's job. We have enjoyed our 2 years spent living here. Crime is super low, schools are excelllent, VERY affordable housing costs, people are friendly and layed back, UWSP campus is here, awesome summertime festivals going on right on the lakefront like every weekend, and you can walk anywhere around here. Not to mention, my next door neighbor and I became great friends and she will be sorely missed.
We have an awesome 1930's renovated rancher with a beautifully landscaped backyard surounded by a 6 foot high privacy fence, 2 car detached garage, 3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths and a large basement. Our home is all stone, so basically no maintenenace needed. THe home has charming built-ins, hardwood floors, flagstone patio out back, and just a super house.
Anyone interested, please let me know. We will be asking somewhere in the range of $120,000 - $129,9999 for it.
