grad student approved home in FL
I'll be graduating in May. Selling comfortable 3 br/2ba home on 1 fenced acre, just outside Gainesville, FL city limits. Askiing $135,000.
Semi-rural location, dirt road, friendly neighbors, safe low-key neighborhood. Recent upgrades on home include new roof, decks, kitchen, new hvac, new well, pump, and tank all in 2002/03.
I'm going to list it with a realtor in April. Save money now. Closing on or after May 7.
