I own a 2 family home and remodeled the 2nd floor and and almost complete with 1st floor, i will trade work for rent. The kitchen cabinets need readjustments, kitchen sink, dishwasher, in counter installed,doors need to be but back on hindes, 2 new windows, some electrical, bathroom sink and vanity put in, and some minor work. Everything is new and just needs some adjusting. Willing to trade the work for rent cause of the hard times looking for someone who needs me like i need them. Caution: If your tenant is paying the rent, whether with labor or cash, it is still considered a capital gain and is an income to be taxed (I think...). His labor has a financial value to you. Check it out, please. Let us know what you find.
