All you need to bring is your food. Everything else furnished. Bring your boat , private dock, good fishing. 100 steps to gulf of mexico private beach.
heated Pool. Englewood Beach and Yacht on Englewood Beach, Lemon Bay view. All Condos on second floor with beautiful view.
I have health problem and cannot go this year.

Looks beautiful. I am thinking of returning to Homosassa again this summer or would consider it- being in Jax, I try to get away to less urban areas. Maybe someone looking to move to the area would be interested for a recon mission.

Have you tried posting to craigslist?

It is a small not crowded beach community that's why we love it there. They also have condo weeks for sale, 1000, the yearly fee is 350.00. We have 2 weeks each yr. We can get the management to rent it out as last resort but they will charge 800 -900 + 11% tax. They would get a fee percentage.
I hate to do that. I will list it with Craigslist thanks.

I also have Labor Day week 35 to rent if anyone is interested. starts Sept 1-2007 at the same condo.
I cannot climb the stairs, due to my back condition right now. All Condos are on the second floor overlooking the lemon Bay, footsteps to Gulf of Mexico.
This is Part of Manasota Key, Its small , maybe 60 condos. Nice heated pool.
