The 1st Room, the outer room has a glass French door entrance off the driveway to this cozy white tiled outer sitting room with windows all along the front and right side. We are tinting them for privacy. Currently decorated with a cafe table, two chairs, rattan love seat w/cushion, coffee table, glass/metal side board (great place for plates, glasses, silverware, dried goods), jr. refrigerator/freezer (4 feet tall by 48 inches wide), microwave and toaster oven.
The 1st Room measures 8 feet along the front by 6 feet wide/deep.
The 2nd Room, the inner room is entered/connecting directly from the 1st Room through another adjacent set of glass French doors to the carpeted inner room decorated with metal/glass 3 shelf book case on the right, to the left there is a tall wall desk stacked with DVR, VCR, CD, cable boxes directly under the wall mounted flat screen which is in view from the room. Continuing along the left wall is an alcove with the shower and toilet with a pocket sliding door, behind that is a sink inside the room followed by the closet door with overhead row of four cupboards.
The 2nd Room measures 15 feet long/deep by 8 feet wide.
