We are trying to relocate to the Western, NY area, where we are originally from, to be nearer to aging family members. We are desperately in need of a buyer! Please see: 10325 Turkey Point Dr, Charlotte, NC 28214 on www.trulia.com represented by Cottingham Chalk, Agent: Mary "Tut" Farrel. We have a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Catawba river, Catawba Village Market (includes Food Lion, Fox's Pizza, a Chinese take out restaurant and a BP gas station), and the neighborhood community (almost Olympic sized!) pool. We are less than a mile from the newly constructed Mt. Holly Huntersville Elementary School. We are located 15 mins. from downtown Charlotte and 15 mins. from Gastonia and the cute little village of Belmont. We are a couple of miles from the newly constructed I-485 that, if taken north, takes only 7 mins. to reach the Northlake Mall, Super Target, Old Navy, etc. which are all NEW!
We have loved our time here in Charlotte, but need to return to family. We have a maintenance free home- House newly painted in 2007! Three bedrooms all with walk-in closets (!), upstairs laundry (!), 2 &1/2 baths, HUGE kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, HUGE yard with INGROUND IRRIGATION SYSTEM (sprinkler system with timers!), garage door opener, ADT Security System, flower/garden box planters, playset, and a no maintenance vinyl white picket fence. Please contact Cottingham Chalk, agent Mary "Tut" Farrell to purchase our home!

Good luck with your sale, but 0.25 acres is not a huge yard.

You can always short sale or deed in lieu of foreclosure if need be.
