I was going to repaint the family room, but my hubby was out of town for the last month and 1/2 that we lived there and I couldn't do it while trying to take care of 2 little ones, get packed and keep the house clean for showings. Also, I look at it as the person that buys it can paint it. Everybodies tastes are different and why spend the time (it is a 20x22 room) and money when somebody will come in and repaint. If somebody doesn't buy a house because the paint in one room, they probably didn't like the house anyways.
